If you are curious about Charting the LifeCourse (CtLC) or want to introduce someone to CtLC, our FREE introductory webinar is a great place to start! These webinars will help raise awareness and understanding of the LifeCourse Framework and key tools and are perfect for new staff or anyone new to the CtLC. 

A different Ambassador will provide an overview of the framework at each webinar. Check out the pre-recorded webinars below from our amazing presenters. Each one allows you to experience the ins and outs of CtLC from a different perspective all while covering the same framework, tools and principles.

Previous Webinars

Jane St. John 

Jane was instrumental in the development of the Charting the LifeCourse framework and products, and supports the National Community of Practice for Supporting Families. Additionally, she currently serves on the Missouri Guardianship Statutory Reform Task Force, Mo-WINGS, and leads the Missouri Consortium for Supported Decision Making. Jane earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rockhurst University. Jane manages LifeCourse fidelity and provides content and product development for the LifeCourse Nexus team. She specializes in supporting families, supported decision making, and family leadership and training.

Colleen McLaughlin 

Colleen has been working in the field of developmental disabilities for more than 20 years.  Her work started with the Institute on Disabilities at Temple University and now The Boggs Center on Developmental Disabilities at Rutgers University. She focuses on initiatives related to community inclusion, person-centered planning, and supports and services for adults and children with developmental disabilities. She has been using the Charting the LifeCourse concepts and tools throughout her work for nearly 10 years. Colleen became a CtLC Ambassador in 2020 and now helps people with disabilities and their families achieve their good lives.

Marcy LaCroix 

Marcy is a senior staff with Disability Hub MN currently in the role of Community Capacity Builder with over 30 years of experience in disability services. Marcy is passionate in the area of person centered practices continuously seeking to expand her knowledge and experience and sharing what she learns. In her current toolbox are skills including Person Centered Thinking Trainer, ‘A Day in the Life’ person centered planning along with Charting the LifeCourse. Marcy is also a Community Partner Work Incentives Coordinator (CPWIC) having completed intensive training on the impact of Social Security and other benefits with the Virginia Commonwealth University and works to find unique ways to apply person centered practices in this area.
