COVID-19 Vaccination Guidance and Regulation

In accordance with CDC recommendations for large gatherings, full vaccination is required for in-person attendance at the Showcase.

According to the CDC, “To ensure adequate time for an immune response to occur, a person is considered fully vaccinated 2 weeks after completion of a two-dose mRNA series or one dose of Janssen vaccine.”

We will provide a secure method of confirmation and will provide that information to those who register.

At this time additional doses or boosters are not required, but they are encouraged. If national standards change, the LifeCourse Nexus will update the website and notify registered attendees. We will continue to carefully monitor the situation, and if a fully virtual event becomes necessary, your in-person registration will cover a full virtual experience with multiple breakout session options, a mailed goody bag, etc.

COVID-19 Mask Policy

Mask wearing will be required within the meeting space, except when eating or drinking, and may be required in all common areas depending on local and national guidance at the time of the conference.
