We encourage you to check with your Developmental Disabilities Council or other in state resources to determine if funds for a scholarship may be available.
All plenary sessions will be live captioned, both in-person and virtually. If you need materials in an alternative format, dietary requirements, or additional accommodations, please indicate this on your registration form by clicking “yes” in that section. Please provide as detailed information as you can so we may best serve you.
In accordance with CDC recommendations for large gatherings, full vaccination is required for in person attendance at the Showcase. According to the CDC, “To ensure adequate time for an immune response to occur, a person is considered fully vaccinated 2 weeks after completion of a two-dose mRNA series or one dose of Janssen vaccine.”
We will provide a secure method of confirmation and will provide that information to those who register.
For additional covid guidance, please visit the CDC website.
At this time additional doses or boosters are not required, but they are encouraged. If national standards change, the LifeCourse Nexus will update the website and notify registered attendees. We will continue to carefully monitor the situation, and if a fully virtual event becomes necessary, your in-person registration will cover a full virtual experience with multiple breakout session options, a mailed goody bag, etc.
Mask wearing will be required within the meeting space, except when eating or drinking, and may be required in all common areas depending on local and national guidance at the time of the conference.
For additional registration questions, please contact us via our registration help form and one of our team members will respond as soon as possible.
