Since then, they have grown to not only use the tools for planning, but to be immersed in the language and principles of CtLC to lead conversations and meetings, grow their employees, and share data and information with stakeholders. Presenters Kayla McCollum & Rebecca Auberry of DDRBJC lead a discussion on how they use CtLC in their daily interactions with those they serve, and in their SB40 strategic planning.

Kim Buckman is the September awardee for Innovation in Quality Supports and Services. Kim and her organization, County Connections along with their close partner Learning Opportunities Quality Works (LOQW), have been involved in Charting the LifeCourse since the inception. They were CtLC “early adopters” and Kim was instrumental in helping Nexus develop and pilot many of the LifeCourse tools that we all use today. Kim is a champion for quality supports and services for ALL, and continues to this day to be a champion for LifeCourse. Her passion and enthusiasm for Charting the LifeCourse and her commitment to providing quality supports to individuals and families has been an inspiration on the journey we are all on together.
