Julie Reynolds
Operations and Technology Manager
Julie has been with the LifeCourse Nexus team since 2020 and works on the operational and technology aspects of the Nexus. Prior to joining the LifeCourse team, she the Director of Strategic Initiatives for Indiana’s Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services where she was also the Community of Practice for Supporting Families Facilitator for Indiana. Julie holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from
Hanover College and a master’s degree in Political Science from Miami University of Ohio.
Julie began her career working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in a sheltered workshop setting. She then moved to work in Indiana’s First Steps Early Intervention system working with families and other stakeholders to modernize and open up the system to more infants/toddlers and their families. During her years working with individuals and families Julie also led and supported several initiatives to improve and modernize information technology systems. This led to a four-year hiatus working for a large information technology company on Indiana’s Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS). Julie then returned to where she belonged and has worked as an agency program director for a large agency serving individuals with I/DD prior to working for the State of Indiana. Julie lives near Indianapolis, Indiana.
Julie’s good life includes playing with her very cute dogs, reading, walking and having fun.
