Roy offers consulting and training through Firstperson Services and has more than 35 years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities at the local, regional, and state level. After 23 years as the Executive Director of Community Bridges in New Hampshire, Roy served as the Director of Developmental Disabilities Services Division for the State of Vermont where he led the HCBS transition planning process and established the Vermont Task Force on Supported Decision Making.
